This website provides general information about ERP’s coordination of requests for independent expert evidence. It is not legal, medical or other professional advice, does not create a client relationship and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice on a particular matter.
Enquiries and instructions
Submitting an enquiry is not an instruction and does not confirm that an expert is available, accepts the instruction or can meet a requested deadline. ERP will provide relevant information, a quotation and anticipated timescale for review where an appropriate expert is identified. An instruction proceeds only when the client formally confirms it and any required documents, terms and arrangements are agreed.
Independent expert evidence
Experts provide independent opinions within their professional competence and owe their duties in accordance with the applicable law and procedural rules. ERP does not direct or guarantee an expert’s conclusions, report content, suitability for a particular purpose, court outcome or the acceptance of evidence.
Accuracy and availability
We take reasonable care when preparing website information but do not warrant that it is complete, current or suitable for every purpose. Service descriptions, expertise areas, availability, coverage, quotations and timescales may change and are confirmed for each enquiry.
